The General Counsel and Human Resources Director of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, Omowunmi Mabel Adewusi, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award at HR Expo Africa for her contributions to human resources management, organisational development and workplace transformation.
The award, according to HR Expo Africa, recognises Adewusi’s sustained contribution to the human resources profession and her role in shaping people-focused strategies and organisational culture throughout her career.
HR Expo Africa is a platform that recognises individuals and organisations for their contributions to human capital development, people management and workplace transformation.
Adewusi, over the years, has been involved in strengthening AXA Mansard’s people strategy through initiatives covering employee engagement, leadership development, talent retention and organisational effectiveness.
The company said her leadership has contributed to the development of a workplace culture focused on professional growth, high performance, inclusion and employee well-being.
Speaking on the recognition, Adewusi expressed appreciation for the award, describing it as a reflection of the collective efforts of the company’s employees and leadership.
