Casava Insurance hunt for specific high calibre skilled talent has landed Aluor Agusah as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Casava Insurance, is Nigeria’s first 100% digital insurance company.
Agusah, who brings over two decades of work experience in the insurance industry, will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. He will also manage and oversee the sales teams, broker relations, and partnerships to ensure sustained revenue growth.
Until his appointment, Agusah was the Chief Marketing Officer at Alliance and General Insurance Plc in Lagos, where he provided marketing and sales leadership to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Previously, he served as the Abuja Branch Manager at Royal Exchange General Insurance Company Limited and Business Development Manager at Old Mutual Nigeria.

An accomplished insurance and risk management professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Agusah holds a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Specialists (FIMS), a member of the Institute of Certified Sales Professionals (MICSP), the Chartered Institute of Loans & Risk Management of Nigeria (MCILRM), and the Council for Renewable Energy Nigeria (MCREN).
