The Chief Executive Officer, Sanlam Ghana, Tawiah Ben-Ahmed who uptick the launch of Family Love and *1056# Code of Confidence by Sanlam Life and Sanlam General said the the companies are enamoured with unwavering commitment to serve the market with empathy and the resolve to ensure that everything is done with lasting impact.
Ben-Ahmed told the attendees gathered at Oriental Hotel venue of the launch it was striking that the two offerings were launched on the first working day of the customer week celebration by a strong team saying “I could feel the empathy and the energy and the happiness and the goal behind this.”
He assured customers that Sanlam Nigeria is not alone in this but has the support of the Sanlam Group adding that the two products are in the hands of those that would deliver, “I can assure you that the (Nigerian) team is strong to deliver on this promise.”
After taken note of the strides made by Sanlam in Ghana and Nigeria particularly on Family Love where it has become the best selling retail product, Ben-Ahmed said, “Together we can look to a bright future filled with financial confidence. Code of Confidence is an amazing initiative and I want to confirm that I am taking this back to Ghana.”
On the companies approach to customers, he stated, “You truly love your customers, love never dies, life may be unpredictable but your love doesn’t have to be.”
