Lekan Oguntunde, Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc ICT czar has emerged as the winner of the 2022 CIO of the Year Award in the insurance category.
Oguntunde is a 1993 Computer Science Graduate from the University of Lagos with a masters in Business Administration from the University of Port Harcourt. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, MCP, and a Microsoft Certified System Administrator, MCSA and, a professional member of the Business Process Transformation Group, BPTG, in the United Kingdom.
He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Programme of the Institution; as well as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, CIIN.
