In a keenly contested knowledge driven quiz competition held today at the 700 Seater Auditorium of Lagos State University of Science and Technology and organised by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria under the auspices of Year 2025/2026 CIIN Ambassador’s Pet Project, Lagos State University of Science and Technology team of five undergraduates from the Department of Insurance and Actuarial Science came tops after three rounds of interschool quiz competition on general insurance and on the Nigeria Insurance Industry Reform Act 2025.
The third round was held to break the tie of the host University and University of Lagos. Thereafter, Department of Insurance and Actuarial Science took the first runner up while students of Lagos State University, Department of Insurance settled for second runner up.
