For the first time the operators in the insurance market are joining forces together to demonstrate to all participants in the nations economy that insurance is the midwife of commerce providing cover for all endeavours of life and living.
The umbrella for this demonstration is the ongoing 2021 Lagos International Trade Fair which has slated Friday 12th November as the insurance day for the industry with brokers and insurers trade bodies – Nigerian Insurers Association, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers supervising a potpourri of presentations to scale up insurance as the risk cache that midwife’s all risks so that individuals and businesses can venture out knowing that they are protected as they take risks to create wealth and develop the economy.
The president, African Insurance organisation and managing director, NEM Insurance Plc, Mr. Tope Smart, will take the establishing shot, followed by insurance from brokers perspective by the NCRIB deputy president, Mr. Tunde Oguntade. The maiden demonstration will continue with the managing director at SUNU Assurance plc Sammy Ogbodu
Insuring the nation, our task, is scheduled for NCRIB vice president, Mrs. Ekeoma Ezeibe, while the goodwill message will be taken by the managing director Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, Olaotan Soyinka, the remark for finished first assignment rests with the executive secretary/CEO NCRIB, Tope Adaramola
